charming decor, cozy lobby, thoughtful arrangements
The parking information was a mess!!! We wasted time trying to find a location that was closed down!!! Plus, the room pictures were misleading. It was way too small for our bags.

This was a very good stay for 3 nights at the Harmony Hotel. The staff was quick to help throughout the stay. The room was newly remodelled and a nice size and I truly enjoyed the central location. Had soft drinks in the downstairs bar in the evening...

Recommend it for couples looking for comfort
We were astounded by the breakfast spread! Fresh local dishes, something that reminded me of home-cooked meals, and the vegetable lasagna? Don't miss it! Also nice convenience store across the street for late-night snacks.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but I think the quality made it worth it.

Very well situated in relation to Ben Yehuda street and the Old City and other attractions. All the staff very friendly and most helpful.
Our room rather small with enough hanging space in the wardrobe, but very litte shelf space. We had to keep our clothes in our suitcases.

Harmony Hotel in Jerusalem offered a warm atmosphere and a friendly staff. The breakfast felt gourmet with plenty of options. Loved the happy hour that featured wine and appetizers. It was a relaxing way to end the day. The rooms, while comfortable, could benefit from better lighting for reading and perhaps a bit more space. The location was superb, with easy access to the Old City and local eateries. The bathrooms seemed slightly outdated with slippery tub showers and poor soundproofing, which let in street noise. Still, I appreciated the prompt service when I needed a bath mat after my first shower. It seemed like a cozy home base during my trip to Jerusalem.

The location was superb, with easy access to the Old City and nearby attractions. We particularly appreciated the cozy lobby and charming decor. The breakfast was also excellent, offering a variety of fresh options to start the day. A little more soundproofing in the rooms would have been nice, as street noise was noticeable at times, but overall, it was a lovely experience.

Beautiful little hotel, staff were very diligent and the location was incredible in nearby Jaffa St area. Location: the venue was near to all major Jerusalem attractions : the Western Wall, restaurants and gorgeous galleries, and the Old City, restaurants, the market and public transportation. There was Piccolino near the hotel.
Couldn't stay longer.
